The Apple of net worth tracking.

Between a beautifully considered consumer app and the quiet authority of a Bloomberg terminal. Powerful enough to satisfy the obsessive, refined enough to delight anyone who simply wants to know where they stand.

Manual at heart

At its heart, VaultKeep is a manual tracker. Think of it as a beautifully built spreadsheet with all the structure a serious portfolio already needs: accounts, holdings, assets, liabilities, snapshots, projections, target allocations, and rebalancing logic, all wired together so they stay honest. You enter your numbers. They are yours from the moment you type them, and they never leave your machine.

Privacy as foundation

Privacy is not a feature VaultKeep added. It is the foundation everything else is built on. Your financial data lives entirely on your device. It never touches our servers. We have no database of your holdings, no record of your net worth, no visibility into your portfolio whatsoever. What you track is yours, completely and permanently.

Spreadsheet to terminal

What lifts it from spreadsheet to terminal is your own EODHD price feed key. Plug it in and live market data flows through every screen. Monte Carlo runs on real volatility. Macro indicators come alive. EODHD's free tier covers most portfolios (~20 lookups a day, no card). Heavier users pay EODHD directly, roughly £19.99 per month for All-World. The AI assistant works the same way. Your bills, your choices.

A tour of VaultKeep

Six sections, one calm view.

Every screen earns its place. Every interaction respects your attention.

01 — Dashboard

A view that spoils you.

The Dashboard is the first thing that spoils you. A rich, curated collection of cards and panels that inform, educate, and orient. It doesn't overwhelm. It invites. Whether you want a high-level pulse check or a deep dive into the numbers, the layout bends to you.

Gold is trending higher. Your portfolio has no gold exposure.

04 — Plan

Intention meets execution.

The Plan section is where intention meets execution. Set allocation targets, track rebalancing progress, and keep an emergency buffer front and centre. It's the part of the app that quietly encourages good financial behaviour without ever lecturing you.

05 — Projections

The playground.

And then there's Projections. The favourite. The playground. A space to reach forward into the future with curiosity and genuine hope. Adjust the inputs, watch your net worth shift across the years, and feel the quiet confidence that comes from seeing a financial future that looks after you and your family. With EODHD powering the data underneath, Monte Carlo simulations run on real-world volatility rather than guesswork. Real data, powering real optimism.

Frequently asked questions.

Where is my data stored? +
On your device. VaultKeep is a desktop app for Mac and Windows. All portfolio data lives in a local file on your machine. Nothing is transmitted to any VaultKeep server.
Do I need an internet connection? +
No. VaultKeep works fully offline. Price feeds and the AI assistant need internet when you choose to use them. The core app (your dashboard, calculations and portfolio) works without any connection.
Do I need EODHD or AI API keys? +
Both are optional. VaultKeep runs fully on data you enter yourself, like a refined spreadsheet. Every account, holding, asset, liability, projection and dashboard card works the same.

If you want live prices, the EODHD key is bring-your-own. EODHD's free tier covers a typical portfolio of 5 to 20 holdings refreshed once a day. Their All-World paid plan (around £19.99 per month, paid directly to EODHD) adds frequent refreshes, realtime quotes, extended history, and unlocks some advanced features including Watchlist live updates, auto-refreshing macro indicators, server-calculated trailing returns, and longer lookback on the Projections page.

If you want the AI assistant, you bring your own provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, or DeepSeek). Many providers have generous free tiers.

In every case, the licences are yours, the bills go directly to the providers, and we never see your usage.
How does the AI assistant work without sending my data to VaultKeep? +
You provide your own API key from one of five supported providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek). When you ask a question, the desktop app sends your query straight to that provider. We are never in the middle, never see the conversation, and never store it.
What happens if I lose my device? +
VaultKeep includes JSON export for full backups. Set the auto-backup feature to save to your folder on a schedule, or export manually whenever you want. The desktop app stores data locally, so standard device backup practices also apply.
Is VaultKeep regulated by the FCA? +
VaultKeep is a portfolio tracking tool, not a financial service. It does not provide investment advice, manage client funds, or execute trades. All calculations are informational. You make your own decisions.
Can I use VaultKeep on multiple devices? +
The desktop app runs on macOS and Windows. Data is stored locally per device. To use VaultKeep on more than one machine, export a JSON backup from one and import it on the other. Your perpetual licence covers up to five devices.

Real data. Real optimism.
£39.99 once, yours forever.
